Paper Conservation

Our paper conservator provides specialist paper conservation and restoration for artworks, prints, documents and other works on paper. Treatments may include surface cleaning, stain reduction, tear repairs, mould treatment and conservation measures designed to stabilise and preserve fragile or damaged paper.

We also provide specialist restoration for posters, watercolours, prints and historic documents and maps, with treatments tailored to the material, condition and age of each piece. Where appropriate, completed works can also be protected with bespoke framing.
